RELEX F&R Consultant

Our client needs a RELEX consultant who can configure forecasting and replenishment solutions independently and help others do the same. With new projects under way, the team wants someone who can take responsibility early.

The client

A specialist supply chain planning consultancy and RELEX partner, working with clients across Europe from initial workshops through to post-go-live support. It is a small, growing team with short lines of communication and room for your own ideas, and it hires for the long term.

What you’ll do

• Lead client meetings and workshops on forecasting and replenishment challenges
• Turn client requirements into a RELEX solution design
• Configure, test and validate the solution yourself
• Train and support colleagues and client users
• Help clients change how they work, through go-live and beyond

What you need

• Hands-on RELEX forecasting and replenishment solution experience, including configuration you have done yourself
• The ability to configure without someone checking your work
• Confidence leading client meetings and workshops
• Experience of training others
• Fluent English and the right to work where you are based

Useful, not essential

• Experience of taking clients through go-live
• Dutch
• Consulting experience across retail or manufacturing

Worth knowing upfront

• Location: the Netherlands is preferred. In the UK, the role is hybrid with an office in northern England, ideally weekly or at agreed intervals. Elsewhere in Europe, expect to travel to the Netherlands every few weeks.
• Language: the office works in English. Dutch helps with the team and clients, but it is not a requirement.
• Pay: there is no fixed band. Salary depends on experience and location, and we will discuss it on the first call.
• Benefits: the Dutch package includes a pension, lease car and hybrid working. We will confirm the UK package on the first call.
