Interim Programme Manager, RELEX Planning Transformation

A leading European manufacturer with a portfolio of brands is changing how it plans. It is rolling out RELEX across demand, supply and production planning

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the RELEX programme: mobilisation, design, build, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare
• Own the integrated plan across process, configuration, data, integrations, testing, training and adoption
• Run governance: steering committees, status reporting, RAID, change control and escalations
• Manage the implementation partner and vendors on scope, quality, milestones and commercials
• Coordinate commercial, demand planning, supply chain, manufacturing, finance and IT teams
• Lead fit-gap workshops, UAT and process sign-off, and help embed the demand review, supply review and executive review cycle
• Drive business readiness: super users, training, cutover planning and the handover to BAU

What you’ll bring

• A track record of delivering RELEX or a comparable advanced planning implementation as a project or programme manager
• Solid grounding in S&OP and IBP: demand, supply and production planning, inventory and reconciliation
• Experience integrating planning tools with ERP
• Confidence managing implementation partners and senior stakeholders across several workstreams
• Background in FMCG, food manufacturing, retail or another supply chain-heavy environment
• A practical, hands-on style. You are happy to get into the detail, not just report on it
• PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or similar is a plus
