RELEX Consultant / Senior Consultant

Permanent | Germany, hybrid with client travel

Procurex is working with a global management and technology consultancy that is expanding its RELEX Solutions capability in Germany. The practice supports consumer products, retail, life sciences and manufacturing clients on large planning transformation programmes, and is hiring at Consultant and Senior Consultant level to meet growing client demand.

You will join a growing supply chain team inside a major consulting brand, combining hands-on RELEX delivery with the variety, training and career structure that a top-tier firm offers.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver RELEX implementation and optimisation projects for German and DACH clients, from blueprint to go-live
• Design and configure RELEX modules such as forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimisation and promotion planning
• Turn client planning requirements into functional designs and work with IT teams on integration with ERP and data platforms
• Lead workstreams covering testing, cutover and post go-live stabilisation
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior supply chain stakeholders
• Support proposals, demos and solution shaping as the German RELEX practice grows
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal RELEX assets and methods

Your profile

• Practical RELEX experience gained at a consultancy, a RELEX partner, RELEX itself or on the client side of a deployment
• Solid grasp of demand planning, replenishment, inventory or promotion processes
• Able to bridge business requirements and system configuration with confidence
• Consulting experience, or an industry background with a strong consulting mindset
• Comfortable working in large, cross-functional programme teams
• RELEX certification is welcome but not required

Location requirements

• Based in Germany, with a hybrid working model and willingness to travel to client sites
• Fluent German and professional English are essential
