Solutions Consultant – Retail Supply Chain Technology

Bridge the Gap Between Tech and Non-Tech 

We’re partnering with a specialist consultancy supporting some of the UK and Europe’s leading retailers and consumer brands through advanced supply chain technology implementations. They’re now looking for a Solutions Consultant to join their UK team—someone who brings a technical mindset, a strong grasp of retail supply chain processes, and a proven ability to own client-facing delivery.

You’ll work at the intersection of solution design, integration coordination, and client engagement—supporting the implementation of tools like RELEX, Blue Yonder, or similar planning and forecasting systems.

What you’ll do

• Own the technical solution design and act as a key point of contact during implementations.

• Liaise between functional consultants, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful solution configuration and integration.

• Conduct fit/gap analysis, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support system testing.

• Coordinate data integration efforts with client IT teams—ensuring smooth data flows, format alignment, and API utilisation (no coding required).

• Support post-go-live optimisation and enhancements, ensuring clients get measurable value from the platform.

• Contribute to internal delivery methodology and knowledge sharing across teams.

What you’ll bring

• 3–6 years’ experience in supply chain software, consulting, or system implementation.

• Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, or merchandising systems.

• Experience with RELEX, Blue Yonder, SAP, O9, or similar APS platforms.

• Ability to translate technical integration requirements to non-technical audiences—and vice versa.

• Background working on data flows, interfaces, and APIs (without needing to code).

• Client-facing confidence and experience working directly with senior retail stakeholders.

• Located in the UK with the right to work and flexibility to travel occasionally for client engagements.
